Nick's reputation is built on hands-on and personal involvement in each and every project. Nick is responsible for all construction operations. He has earned his reputation for subcontracting in difficult and complex projects, while at the same time meeting and exceeding the expectations of clients. In Nick’s twenty years of experience, he has been faced with unique challenges such as; weather, labour and material sourcing difficulties, restricted construction periods and tight environmental constraints. 

As a Managing Director of N.R. Engineering and Construction Pty. Ltd. Nick contributes significantly in strategic planning as well as providing valuable technical and logistical support to the business. His passion to excel and promote the NREC brand is without question.

With over 10 years experience in the construction industry, Charlotte’s knowledge of all administration facets of the company is extensive. Charlotte also holds a good understanding of the quality, safety and environmental needs to manage a successful business. 

As an Administration Manager and a strong communicator, Charlotte acknowledges the importance of work team relations and carrying out business duties in a professional and friendly manner. At NR Engineering and Construction, we recognise that working in a team 'delivers results' and our past work experience validates that. We believe that if a friendly yet professional standard is maintained in a work environment, then we can deliver an effective service to others.
